Made by local people, for local people! Laval-en-Folie is a festival that brings together music, food, and local creators to celebrate Laval in all its forms. Its goal is to highlight local entrepreneurship and showcase local talent through a festive and accessible program. In the long term, Laval-en-Folie aims to become a must-attend annual late-summer event. More than just a festival, Laval-en-Folie contributes to Laval’s cultural and economic vibrancy by encouraging discovery, exchange, and a sense of local pride.
History
The idea for Laval-En-Folie was born during the pandemic, a time when opportunities to go out and gather had become rare. Inspired by the atmosphere of Laval’s events and the desire to experience something bigger, the project began to take shape with a clear vision: to create a festive, unifying event that reflects today’s Laval. Founded by three partners brought together by friendship and complementary strengths, Laval-En-Folie aims to highlight the entrepreneurs, artists, artisans, and businesses that bring the city to life. Because Laval is much more than just a suburb—it is a dynamic, creative, and energetic community that deserves an event that reflects who it is.
